The 19th conference ‘Transport Systems Telematics’ TST’19 will take place between 27 February and 2 March 2019 in Jaworze near to Bielsko-Biala. The meeting will be an attempt to show new research areas, to integrate the academic circles and representatives of business practice, and to discuss the current issues of theory and practice development in the indicated thematic fields.


The TST conference will be aimed at exchanging experience and learning the most recent technologies and trends in development directions of intelligent transport systems in the area of all modes of transport infrastructure. It will provide a platform for a broad discussion as well as will enable presentation of opinions of practitioners and scientists related to all modes of transport.


The conference organisers invite to cooperate everybody, who would like to present their achievements in the fields related to the conference topics.


A trip to Ostrava (Czech Republic) and sightseeing of former Vitkovice steel plant (visit inside a blast furnace) and a visit to the ‘World of Technology’ exhibition are planned during the conference.

  

Conference subjects are connected with generally understood telematics and its use in transport. Papers, in particular, shall be devoted to the following:


– Strategies of implementing transport telematics solutions
– Transport economy and policy
– Intelligent transport systems and their architecture
– Transport steering and management systems
– Telematics services
– Equipping vehicles in telematics means
– Safety of transport telematics systems

  

Call for Abstracts closes December 15 2018

After registration of participation, authors should submit an abstract using the link sent by email confirming the registration.

After receiving information about qualifying the lecture, the article (in English) is to be sent in an electronic form. Recommended volume of the lecture – 14 pages. Payment for additional pages (maximum of 4) is 75 € per 2 pages.

Lecture summaries will be published in conference materials (ISBN). The qualifed lectures will be printed after the conference in:

– Springer Verlag „Communications in Computer and Information Science”,
– Journal “Archives of Transport System Telematics”, or
– Scientific Notebooks of the Katowice School of Technology

Contents of the lectures will not be published without conference payment and presence during the conference.

The organizers reserve the right to quality some of the lectures for the poster/ scientific announcement session.

The organizers provide a possible transfer on the day of departure on the route Jaworze – Bielsko Biala, railway station (registration at the reception).


The conference fee includes accommodation in the Villa Barbara hotel in Jaworze. Parking for conference participants is free.
